Sean talks about Zimmerman’s Arrest.

So what we know is that George Zimmerman was handcuffed and his weapon was taken from him. He was placed in the back of the police car, given first aid, and transported to the interview room of the Sanford Police Department.

How can anyone spin this as not arrested?

Because they never wanted him “Arrested”, they wanted Zimmerman lynched from the nearest tree for a racist murder, and facts and due process be damned.

Jennifer talks about race bullshit.

I have friends. They are individuals and of particular value to me because of who they are. They don’t need an ethnic adjective to be special to me, to be a part of my tribe. I don’t need to fill some affirmative action quota because I’m concerned about the content of your character and not the color of your skin.

Sure my friends come from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Not a one of them is black or white. I had a big box of Crayola brand crayons growing up, you can’t fool me. Everyone I’ve ever met is somewhere in the range of beige to brown and you generally had to blend a couple of the colors to get a good match. Huh. There might just be some kind of metaphor in there.

That’s some good writing right there.

A Thought

A common anti-gun argument is “I’ve gone my entire life without needing a gun…” and generally a line about guns being unnecessary, or people who own and/or carry guns for self-defense as being somehow paranoid or irrational.

Of course its a straw man, as well as being VERY arrogant. I mean I’ve never:

-Been Raped
-Had Cancer
-Had a Heart Attack
-Had a Stroke
-Been in a serious car accident
-Fallen off a ladder or roof
-Had an unplanned pregnancy
-Had a home fire

The list could go on for AGES. Of course those are all real things to consider in our lives. Some are things others are at greater risk for. I’m not in a high risk for stroke or heart attack, but encounter people who are. Also as a male I run a much lower risk of being forcibly raped than a female. Further all of these things I could live my entire life and never encounter, or I could encounter many of them on my way home for work.

Still when it comes to antis trying to belittle the need for self defense, I wonder how much of it is them attempting to push a factually incorrect agenda, and how much is it people who have made no preparations or considerations about protecting their lives, or the lives of those they care about.

I think this is why they MUST Demonize George Zimmerman, and ignore any possibility of Trayvon Martin committing any crimes.

There is a very real possibility that George Zimmerman was attacked by a drug addled teenager, and if George hadn’t shot Trayvon, George would be the dead man, and Trayvon would be the person facing criminal charges.

The idea that an unarmed minor could kill you simply because the demons in their mind say that’s a good idea is TERRIFYING to people who push the anti-self-defense and anti-gun agenda, so that simply can’t exist.

Ignorance And Gun Handling

This story is a MESS!

A 45-year-old Cleveland woman is charged with negligent homicide, a first-degree misdemeanor, in the fatal shooting of her daughter’s 19-year-old boyfriend.

How’d that go down? Listen to this?

David Moore was shot in the forehead Jan. 27, when Harris-Arnold was handling her .32-caliber Cobra handgun near her daughter, Moore and a friend of Moore’s at her home in the 4600 block of Storer Avenue.

The teens had asked Harris-Arnold how to get a “gun permit” and whether you had to get the gun first or the permit first, prosecutor’s spokeswoman Maria Russo said.

“They also asked to see the defendant’s permit, which was in the gun case,” Russo said. (Russo doesn’t know what document was actually in the gun case, as a permit is not required to have guns, though Cleveland asks residents to register them. Harris-Arnold does not have a concealed-carry permit, according to the county sheriff’s spokesman.)

Harris-Arnold’s daughter got the weapon out of a safe, brought it into the living room and Harris-Arnold showed the “permit” to the teens. She told them she had never fired or cleaned the gun and there was one bullet in the chamber, Russo said.

Moore, who lived in the home, and his friend briefly handled the gun and tried to remove the empty magazine, before Harris-Arnold had them put the gun down. She picked it up to put it away, stood from her chair and it fired, Russo said.

The bullet struck Moore in the right side of the forehead as he stood in the doorway to a bedroom.

No idea if this is potentially murder. Certainly this story is an odd one. Cobra’s .32s are very similar to the famous Raven Potmetal guns, and while those guns are of VERY poor quality, the story as it sounds would require the gun to be pointed at the young man and the trigger pulled. Certainly this is NOT a malfunction of the gun.

Further I wonder what the “Permit” is. Could it be the 4473 she got from the gun shop when she got the gun, or could it be the mythical cleaning product that is involved with “I was cleaning my gun and it went off” story, many of which involve splashing some Hoppes #9 around the house after you did something stupid with a gun…or attempting to field strip a striker-fired gun that requires you to pull the trigger, without first removing the round from the chamber.

Demonization

Its going on both sides. Joan Peterson has a post up claiming people are “Demonizing” Trayvon Martin by bringing up the facts about his checkered school record. What could possibly be the relevance that Martin may have had a habit of stealing high-value items, and doing drugs. Obviously Zimmerman was calling the cops because a Black person was wearing a hooded sweatshirt in his neighborhood. That whole recorded 911 discussion about being concerned about break-ins in the neighborhood and Martin appearing to be on drugs and behaving strangely are just some racist ruse.

Meanwhile Joan links this gem of a “News” Story.

In 2005, Zimmerman, then 20, was arrested and charged with “resisting officer with violence” and “battery of law enforcement officer,” both which are third-degree felonies. The charge was reduced to “resisting officer without violence” and then waived when he entered an alcohol education program. Contemporaneous accounts indicate he shoved an officer who was questioning a friend for alleged underage drinking at an Orange County bar.

In August 2005, Zimmerman’s ex-fiancee, Veronica Zuazo, filed a civil motion for a restraining order alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman counterfiled for a restraining order against Zuazo. The competing claims were resolved with both restraining orders being granted.

In December 2006, Zimmerman was charged with speeding. The case was dismissed when the officer failed to show up in court.

OK so Even the speeding ticket didn’t stick? There are two kinds of drivers in this world, those who exceed the posted speed limit, and those who lie about it. Zimmerman is THAT squeaky clean!

I have no idea about the “Resisting arrest” story, but given that all charges were dropped it sounds like Zimmerman (who was about 21 at the time depending on the exact date) probably had a little more balls than brains back then, and it sounds like he was likely drinking (who didn’t at that age?) and the cop probably piled the charges a little too thick for the courts to make any semblance of a case.

The restraining order sounds like a typical nasty breakup in these days. Depending on the state laws a restraining order can be issued sight unseen. Overall this is good for people who are REALLY in danger from a stalker or an estranged lover. But it is wrought with abuse as anybody can simply make up a story and the courts are required to act on it. I personally know victims of both.

So who’s demonizing who? The people bringing up documented cases of drugs and theft, as well as supporting circumstantial evidence of gang behavior and violent from Martin’s own twitter account, for a case that claims Martin was violent, on drugs, and possibly out to rob homes, or bringing up a speeding ticket for a man who was severely beaten and forced to shoot his attacker after first calling for help?

The Terror Has Started

We may not have to wait for Zimmerman to be acquitted before the first innocent victims of the racist hysteria happen.

A couple in Sanford, Fla., is afraid for their lives after people posted their home address on Twitter and said it was that of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain who shot dead Trayvon Martin.

The mistake reportedly has forced David and Elaine McClain, a couple in their 70s whose home is about four miles from where Martin was shot, to flee to a hotel.

“My youngest son, his last name is Zimmerman and his middle name is George,” Elaine McClain told ClickOrlando.com, but that’s all they have in common.

Among those retweeting the couple’s address was film director Spike Lee, who has nearly 250,000 followers on Twitter.

This is the same behavior exhibited by CSGV, who it appears first goal is to get innocent people killed out of pure ignorance.

On a similar note this joker got chastised for making a scene in the US House.

Rep. Bobby Rush has donned a hoodie during a speech on the House floor deploring the killing of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, receiving a reprimand for violating rules on wearing hats in the House chamber.

The Illinois Democrat spoke out against racial profiling and, as he removed his suit coat and pulled the hood on the sweatshirt he was wearing underneath over his head, said that “just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum.”

I’m actually wearing my LL Bean hoodie today. Not to express solidarity with Trayvon Martin whom I believe was shot while attempting to maim or murder George Zimmerman, most likely under in the influence of illegal drugs, but because its fucking cold out.

I agree wearing a hoodie does not make one a hoodlum, but being an Illinois Democrat DOES.

Still Rep. Rush should argue that he’s being racially profiled because nobody said peep when Barny Frank brought his hideous bitch-tits on the house floor.

I’ll close with giving my best wishes to all the Zimmerman families throughout the country, stupid people fueled with hate wish to do bad things, and I hope you all can weather the storm in safety. For George Zimmerman I wonder if he will ever find peace even after his name is cleared in a court of law.

So let’s talk meetup! Not sure how many in my Party will be interested, but they’re fine with me pushing forwarding and reserving the right to stay home.

The Face of Gun Control

The Black Panther Party

A New Black Panther Party leader who announced a $10,000 reward for the capture of the neighborhood watchman who shot and killed Florida teen Trayvon Martin was arrested Monday outside Atlanta for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, DeKalb County Sheriff’s office said.

Hashim Nzinga, 49, was in possession of an FN Herstal 5.7×28 handgun that he allegedly sold to the Stone Mountain Pawn Shop on March 5 in DeKalb County, Sgt. Adrion Bell, the public information officer, told FoxNews.com.

As this story unfolds look at where the anti-rights forces side. Zimmerman is a “Racist Murderer”, but as the story unfolds it looks like he may be innocent of all allegations.

Meanwhile the Black Panther party and their vigilante racist crimes are ignored by the anti-rights forces. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and their hateful racist rhetoric is being praised by them, and I suspect their words will incite a riot when the Grand Jury refuses to indict him. That blood will be on their hands, and there will be blood!

And then there’s Martin himself. There is strong evidence he was a thief, a drug user, and a violent person into gang-behavior. Further there is suspicion that he was under the influence of illegal drugs at the time of his death. Yet he’s the “Innocent Boy Executed by Zimmerman”.

As this data and events reveal themselves don’t let the snakes escape the bed they have made from themselves.

They are pro-criminal, and anti-freedom, and advocate dangerous and violent behavior. NEVER let them obscure that truth.

“Gun Death” Circumcison

Seriously WTF????

A two-week old boy died at a Brooklyn hospital in September after contracting herpes through a religious circumcision ritual that ignited controversy in 2005 after another infant died, the Daily News has learned.

The unidentified infant died Sept. 28, 2011, at Maimonides Hospital, according to a spokeswoman for the city Medical Examiner, who confirmed the death after a News inquiry.

The cause of death was listed as “disseminated herpes simplex virus Type 1, complicating ritual circumcision with oral suction.”…Under the practice, the rabbi or mohel removes blood from the wound with his mouth — a practice city health officials have criticized, saying it carried “inherent risks” for babies.

In 2004, three infants circumcised by Rabbi Yitzchok Fischer were determined to have contracted herpes, city officials said.

That just freaks me the hell out. Still this is death essentially due to a 1st Amendment protected Religious right. There isn’t a single “Gun Death” that’s as bizarre as this one to me.
