Bad Justice: Serial Stabber

No matter what gun control is passed, it won’t amount to a hill of beans so long as we simply free the monsters when we catch them.

Byars was arrested last night. Records show a criminal history first beginning in 2009. Three separate charges ranging from assault to throwing body fluids on a government worker to throwing objects at a vehicle were filed against him in the past two years. Each time, Byars was given a suspended sentence and competency hearings. But he never went to prison. The most recent suspended sentence was given to him last November.

Seriously! As I said over at Jennifer’s

Glad they got him. Too bad he wasn’t ID’d by Mortuary photos.

I just don’t have enough faith in the Justice system to think he won’t be playing this game again.

Hearing his past record only solidifies my thoughts on the matter. I really DO wish somebody had shot this asshole. He’ll be back out on the streets in no time and back to these horrible games.

Carry your guns people, not only might you save your life, but the lives of many others!

“Gun Death” The Big Story

Was planning on dropping this one in the magazine and air it around the end of the week, but the story is just too hot. Robb already did a post on it. Also I got pings from WizardPC, Jennifer, and Wallphone. So thanks to you all, and here’s the story.

A relative of the Port St Lucie teen accused of beating his parents to death with a hammer before throwing a house party says the murders have shocked and devastated the “normal family.”

If you don’t have a hammer you’re a liar. I think there are over a half-dozen Framing hammers in this house alone, let alone rubber mallets, dead blow hammers, tack hammers, various mallets, and sledge hammers. They’re extremely useful tools, but also they can easily be used to commit murder. Again what’s the difference between my hammers and this freaks?

The freak! I have no interest in killing another person, so my hammers are just used for assembling and disassembling household items.

Nope its the sick bastard that’s the missing component in this sick tale. And of course the case is made given that this fucking monster THREW A PARTY after he finished killing his folks.

But of course that isn’t any concern to those who hate freedom, as only “Gun Deaths” count, and this was a hammer death!

Again thanks to all who submitted the story, and extra credit for those who added a sick joke tagline to the correspondence. You know who you are! And you should be ashamed! 😉

No Idea What I did

So I was attempting to add more feeds to my SBS Blogroll widget. It seems that adding any more feeds pisses it off, and causes it to crash.

I attempted to install RSS Blogroll, to see if it works any better.

It really didn’t. So I put the SBS Blogroll back, and it worked for a bit, then crashed, and now won’t run.

Oh well, I’ll mess with it later to see if we can get it running again.

Sorry for the troubles!

**UPDATE** Still have no idea what I’m doing, but I got it running again. Strangely enough the fix involved removing Groundhog’s RSS feed, given that it was the longest in length and took up two lines inside the widget. Very strange, given that he was one of the first blogs I added to the system.

Overall I’m kinda fed-up with this widget, so if anybody could help me find a replacement that might work better, I’m all for it!

Time To End Women’s Lib!

I’m not even going to quote any of it. But Joan Peterson, Brady Campaign board member, and Joyce Foundation spokeswoman lays it right out! Women are too stupid and weak to own or carry guns safely.

Yep and she has news stories that don’t exactly support her case, and VPC “Studies” that have been discredited years ago, if not decades, (not to mention the ethical issues of her using studies cooked up by an organization she works for without disclosing their relationship), Youtube Videos that show negligent instruction of new shooters, and of course elementary questions that are answered in every 101 Concealed carry course. Ie: Q: “How do you keep the trigger from being pulled on gun hidden in a purse” A: Use a holster either integral with the purse, or that snugly fits the gun. Q: “How do you keep your kids from finding the gun in your purse?” A: If you carry a gun in an off-body holder, that holder can ONLY leave your body if it is placed in a secure container or area. ie: you may lock you purse in a drawer, a safe, or a locker. You may NOT set it down on your desk, or the service counter of a store. If you often put your purse down, you probably shouldn’t carry in a purse.

Personally I think its VERY wise for women everywhere to take the advice of a women who is not only an anti-rights shill, but an idiot. Her expertise in guns shouldn’t be questioned, and yes indeed lamps are deadly weapons and should be banned!

Personally I think all the women gun owners should give up their guns! They’re just too dangerous and too complicated. I also think that women shouldn’t be Doctors, Lawyers, Politicians, Activists, or public employees. As a matter of fact I think they probably shouldn’t drive either!

Well maybe that or maybe people like Joan Peterson as well as all others directly affiliated with the Joyce Foundation and the Brady Campaign are stupid people with irrational fears, and their only way to cope with a world that won’t listen to them is to compulsively lie and hope maybe SOMEBODY will believe them.

Joan, you’re a bigot, and an idiot, and I wish you as much good will as you wish to me and my individual rights.

I will not rest until your entire ideology is crushed, and you, and your organizations are a shameful black mark in the history books.

“Gun Death” Over Change.

Senseless

Two of the family-owned store’s attendants have been charged in the death: Nabil Sulaiman, 19 at the time of the incident, allegedly beat Oliver, 34, with a glass bottle. He was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. His elder brother, Ragheb Sulaiman, then 24, allegedly continued beating Oliver, using a crowbar. He was charged with second-degree murder and second-degree murder with a deadly weapon.

The events unfolded shortly before 5:45 p.m., according to a police arrest affidavit that includes some witnesses’ reports that Oliver, 34, was upset with the store owner because he thought the owner owed him money related to his purchase of a $5.79 pack of cigarettes. The dispute was over change that Oliver allegedly owed the store: seven cents.

Seven cents. That was how much a human life was worth that day. And the Murder weapon is a tool I keep in my tool box. Used several crowbars quite heavily doing demolition work around my house. They’re super useful in good hands, deadly in evil hands.

Now if somebody is willing to beat another person to death with a crowbar over seven cents, is there even a POINT in banning guns?

Certainly if somebody wants to attack me with a crowbar over something trivial, I hope I’ll have a gun on me.

Another Quote of the Day

This time From Robb:

Now, if you believe the anti’s, the aggrieved should have whipped out his pistol, put 10 in the RO’s chest, shown clear and asked for his time. However, there was no such thing.

That’s some black humor right there, and it got a good snicker out of me. Go over and read the whole thing on what REALLY happens when an armed guy gets REALLY pissed off.

I think most of us know already. I’ve gotten into many a heated discussion, some times where I’m raising my voice in anger (something I personally don’t like to do) all while I had a loaded gun on my person. I was red-faced pissed, but never once did my thoughts wander to “Hey I have a gun, I can fix this…” tho I will admit I did think “Hey I have a gun, I should blog this”….I told you I was sick!

There are of course the anti-gun cyber stalkers, we need not name them. More relevant was the actions by the CSGV personally threatening various Second Amendment bloggers.

The bottom line is that the anti-gun groups know the truth, they claim that if certain laws are rolled back there will be gunfights over parking spaces, and there will be fall-down drunks with loaded guns in their hands, not to mention wild gun fire at every frat house in America.

But really they know that us 2nd Amendment activists aren’t pushovers. We don’t see the 2nd Amendment as something that was written about ducks, deers, and little holes in pieces of paper. We know that there might come a time where what we’ll be looking at over our front sight is another human being, and we come prepared for that with magazines that hold more than 11 rounds, and bullets designed for terminal performance.

We’re armed to the teeth, and yet they feel totally comfortable taunting us.

And you know what? They should, at least on a level of personal safety. There is a huge difference between defensive violence and predatory violence, and they know which we have the monopoly on.

This does them much good in their rude, crude, and offensive actions, but no good in furthering their backwards agenda. So they lie and play it both ways.

Classy! Thank goodness we have reality on our side!

More From James O’Keefe

Just amazing work from James O’Keefe. Again he goes completely over the top with his actors. Again it shows that the people who run the entitlement services in America don’t give a flying fuck about who they give money to.

Quote of the Day: Gun Control Failure

First one is from an exit interview with Paul Helmke:

Q: What was your biggest accomplishment?

A: I think we elevated the attention that the issue has been getting. My view was it was tough getting through to elected officials on Capitol Hill, so I wanted to get in the media as much as I could.

Congress, after Virginia Tech, did pass legislation that encouraged states to get more records in the background checks system. Some folks say it’s not that big of a deal, the NRA supported it. But it’s legislation that hadn’t gone anywhere until after Virginia Tech and until after we started working to push the legislation.

So a squishy provably false statement about getting his message out to an increasing disinterest in the political theater. Note that the Brady Campaign pushed hard to get Obama elected and then gave him a failing grade because he refused to even acknowledge their existence.

Second part he claims his biggest physical victory was a bill being pushed by the NRA. You know, the same NRA that they blame for crushing all their other bills they present. Can’t have it both ways. Either the NRA is a Juggernaut (and therefor its their support that allowed the NICS Improvement act to pass) or they’re a paper tiger, and the Brady campaign has no other accomplishments because their laws are stupid.

The other is from Brady Board member, but she also works for the Joyce Foundation, Joan Peterson.

One needs only to look at the salaries of the NRA President and executives to know where the money is. It is not with the Brady Campaign, unfortunately. Very few people are paid on the gun control side to do what they do unfortunately. There is a lot of support for my side of this issue as poll after poll after poll show. But you guys have a lot of passion and hide behind the Second Amendment right to scare politicians many of whom have not figured out that they can speak up for common sense and still win elections.

Well see again the Brady Campaign “F” rating for President Obama. It doesn’t matter WHAT your political affiliation is we ALL lost the 2008 Election. Still yeah the NRA directors make a lot more money than the Brady or Joyce equivalents do…that’s simply because there is No money coming into the Brady Campaign (The Joyce Foundation Astroturf either).

Now here’s the fun part. You REALLY want to compare the two groups, look at the UNPAID supporters of both sides of the 2nd Amendment issues. Hint, you’re reading a gun blog, and I’m probably not the only one you read. Also note that while its pretty obvious that the Brady Campaign, Mayors Against Illegal Guns and the various Joyce Foundation shell groups are deeply interconnected, we actually have infighting on what 2nd Amendment activists groups are best. Hell just read Sebastian’s blog, he and Bitter put in a lot of good work for the NRA, and many on our side call them out on that as if its a bad thing.

I’m a live-and-let-live, and the only group I really take issue with is GOA, and that’s only because I see the group a NOT live-and-let-live.

If there is truly a lot of support for the gun control side they truly are a “silent majority” in that they don’t speak out, or stand up for the cause, nor do they donate money, time, or even vote.

But you keep telling yourself that everything is going to be alright, doesn’t make a difference to me!

**UPDATE** LC Scotty Mentions Forums. I’d forgotten about all the gun forums out there. Their membership is HUGE, and they are VERY active. A Single Weekend Car Shoot from Northeast Shooters is bigger than the largest anti-rights protest or meeting.

Hard to call her anything but a liar when it comes to claims for support of the Brady Campaign, Joyce, and other haters of freedom.
