The lawyer suspected of beating his girlfriend to death in Queens used her cellphone to send her friends several texts pretending to be the dead woman hours after she was killed, The Post has learned.
Beaten to death, huh? Well at least he didn’t have a gun! Then she’d be a “Gun Death” number!
Its a shame we’re going to have to keep feeding him for the rest of his days.
He’s a broken person whom will never be safe to be around, and now he will spend the rest of his life in a cage. Even besides the logical justice that would come from putting this beast down, I don’t find it very humane to let another human rot in a cage until they die from age.
I’m still thankful this beast won’t get a show trial, and my heart goes out to the victims.

Well first it appears he’s lumping ALL polymer handguns into one group. As far as I know, most of the spree-shooters who used handguns have used Glocks of some sort…this isn’t any to do with Glocks, just that they’re one of the most popular polymer-framed pistols on the US market. Still when it comes to hanguns, polymer-framed guns are some of the most popular handguns in America, PERIOD. For Police, for home defense, for personal defense, and yes, even for common criminals. Hell, while I’m known for my love of metal-framed 1911s, one of my carry guns is a polymer framed pistol (of course a 5+1 pistol doesn’t really fit Joshy’s view, but it is nice and light and VERY concealable, and damn powerful despite its diminutive size, and I’m amazed at how easy it is to shoot). A polymer gun was used to murder that day, as well as to stop the violence.
Oh and on another note, evidently the asshole was some sort of Neo-Nazi white supremacist. I wonder if dickless knew that the people who he shot were MORE Aryan than he ever was đ

Anti-Rights people don’t much like or understand the Constitution and how it works…but they’re perfectly willing to twist their limited understanding to suit their agenda.
Inevitably, the Second Amendment will be front and center in the national conversation as we try to make sense of yet another act of mass gun violence. But in the wake of the shooting at the Sikh temple, I find myself thinking as much about the First Amendment as the Second. If indeed it turns out that the gunman’s actions in Wisconsin were motivated by a hatred of Sikh religion and culture, the shooting may reveal an unintended consequence of our current interpretation of the Second Amendment: rampant gun violence threatens public safety, which in turn may limit our capacity — or willingness — to openly exercise our First Amendment rights to speech, assembly, or religious expression.
Is one Amendment more important than another? We should not have to choose. But the deadliness and frequency of recent gun violence in America — last year nearly 12,000 people were killed by guns in this country — makes me wonder whether we haven’t already prioritized one over the other. In the gun control debate, we hear a lot about guns as deterrents. But for Sikh-Americans in Wisconsin, or other religious groups all around America, mass gun violence that targets religion might be a different kind of deterrent — a deterrent to free expression of belief. Freedom of religion is protected by law, but in practice, fear for public safety supersedes abstract rights. That fear unravels trust, the fabric of civil society and a shared culture.
In a society overrun with guns, how free can speech be? How free is religion?
Of course mush-mind here seems to miss the elephant in the room. The jerk who shot up the Sikh temple was killed by the police. NOBODY is complaining about that! Compare this to Kent State, or the less tragic Occupy Wall Street.
You see, first the US Constitution doesn’t GRANT rights, but simply PROTECTS them. You have the right to freely speak, associate, worship, gather, protest, publish etc, but that stops at riots, slander, libel, causing a public panic, etc. You also have the right to keep and bear arms, and the right to self-defense, but this does NOT protect the right to MURDER.
The guy was shooting at the police and innocent people, so the cops shot him back. Also its “Arms” not “Guns”, the Sikh leader attempted to stab the shooter, he unfortunately was unsuccessful, but if he had killed this guy, he wouldn’t face any charges.
Further, dipshit doesn’t seem recognize how free the Jews in Germany or the Soviet Union, or the Buddhists in Burma had to worship freely when they were disarmed?
Every freedom can be abused…the only answer to this is MORE freedom, not less. Anti-Rights people abuse their 1st Amendment rights by lying and fabricating “facts” to support the gun-ban agenda. I don’t ask for restrictions of them posting, publishing or broadcasting, instead I exercise MY RIGHTS to fight back.
Same goes with the guns. You’ll notice that the shooter was STOPPED by ANOTHER GUN! And trust me there is little difference between the cop and his gun and me and my gun in this specific instance.

The idea of a bullet designed both to kill the enemy and be kind to the environment might sound like a macabre joke. In combat, soldiers don’t usually worry about the green credentials of the enemy.
But armies in Scandinavia are so concerned about the pollution caused by lead bullets they’re replacing their entire stock with non-toxic versions. The manufacturers are encouraging the British armed forces to do the same.
But is there really a case to go lead-free?
“If you’re getting killed by a lead bullet or lead-free it doesn’t really matter, but most ammunition is used for training anyway,” explains Urban Oholm, senior vice-president of Swedish arms manufacturer Nammo.
First let’s talk about why Lead is so popular in the making of bullets. First its soft. This means it easily conforms to the rifling of the barrel, and then it deforms on impact allowing for better terminal ballistics, and its heavy, making it better for transferring kinetic energy. Using these two factors, gold would also make VERY good bullets….but we know why lead is preferred, its CHEAP!
Now I have my doubts about the whole environmental factor. I know my gun club hires a company to rebuild the berm every few years, and no money is exchanged. NONE. Why? Well the arrangement is that the company can keep all the lead they recover from the berm and sell it. See the lead bullets just bury themselves in the dirt…and it just sits there. Lead is relatively inert in its elemental state. As far as health of the shooter, well you’re getting more lead exposure from the Lead styphnate in the primers than the lead in the bullets.
Also “lead free ammo” is nothing new. Big Game hunters have been using brass or bronze monolithic bullets to get maximum penetration on big animals because the alloy is so much harder than lead. Also military has been making ammo with a steel core for ages. You see lead is cheap, but crappy steel (like the garbage they make rebar out of) is REALLY cheap. Also the manufacturing process is differed. Lead ammo is often swaged into a die with the jacket, or cast and plated, steel core ammo can be made simply by cutting a steel wire to the proper core length and the pressed into a jacket. So steel core ammo has been around for a while, and if you collect military surplus ammo, you’ll often encounter it.

Rush Limbaugh announced he is leaving WXKS-AM and heading back to WRKO, and âTalk 1200â yanked local talkmeisters Jay Severin and Jeff Katz from its weekday lineup.
A spokesman for the Clear Channel-owned Talk 1200 (WXKS-AM) wouldnât confirm Severin and Katzâs ousters out of ârespectâ but their names have disappeared from the talk stationâs website.
âAs a policy, and out of respect for the individuals, we donât discuss details of personnel matters,â said spokesman Joe Mazzei in an email. âUnfortunately, some employees were affected. These are never easy decisions to make. We appreciate their commitment and service to the station and company over the years, and we wish them all the best.â
Now Jay Severin is a prime example of the Peter Principle, he constantly made inflammatory and foolish remarks to get people to call in excited, and eventually that eventually got him dismissed from the FM band, and was taken up by the new station that needed talent. Jeff on the other hand was a GREAT local host, and let’s face it, if you live in Massachusetts, why do you need to listen to a national show? Boston politics are a totally corrupt and morally bankrupt freak show. Tuned in this morning and found that there was a luke-warm national show where Jeff normally was.
Also I’ll say Jeff was also a great professional, when Larry Pratt of GOA showed his ass on Jeff’s show, I emailed his producer, and eventually got the MP3 of the interview. Also I’m a bit depressed knowing that a family man of little means and a special needs daughter is now without his day job.
Jeff, you will be greatly missed, and you and your family will be in my thoughts, and I hope to be hearing your voice again soon!

Police say 33-year-old Maria Anna Cruz Lopez accidentally backed over five children in the driveway of her Lewisdale home, resulting in the death of her 8-year-old daughter.
What? How does this happen?
Authorities believe Cruz Lopez mistakenly pressed the gas pedal instead of the break on her SUV. The car struck the children and continued down the driveway before becoming lodged in the garage.
Really? They’re THAT hard to confuse? I’m not buying it, nor do I WANT to buy it!

Not what you think: illegal Aliens!
Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., is demanding answers after a report surfaced that a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is facing punishment for arresting an illegal immigrant.
The unidentified agent could face a three-day suspension after he arrested a 35-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico who had as many as 10 traffic violations.
Driving without a license with a string of violations, and free to go! You wonder why there are so many reports of illegals thumbing their noses at many of the laws we follow. Also is there any wonder why the “Progressives” don’t want voter ID? Who do you think these criminals are going to vote for…and do you think they care that its illegal for them to vote?
